Yep. A new comic is up for you to enjoy. I don’t really have much more to say other than that, so…yeah. Um. Remember the segment of Curse of Monkey Island where you had to face off against Van Helgen with banjos and he pretty much beats your ass with his sweet electric banjo in the end? Shyaa. I thought it was cool too. New backgrounds will be up later today. Promise. For now, it’s time to sleep!
Joined up with Justin.tv and streamed the entire drawing of my comic online. It was fun. I recorded the sketch phase of #64 just to get a feel for the picture in picture setting and changing between that and just desktop view. Next week I plan on recording the entire inking phase and onward. I’ll of course ramble about shit that means stuff to me, or random stories or something. You won’t want to miss it! Also, new wallpapers will go up on Wednesday!
The school year has started, and with it, a giant lesson in time and insomnia management. Having a full day Tuesday is going to make it tough to come up with Wednesday’s comic, but it “should” encourage me to develope a buffer of comics so I won’t be scrambling come Tuesday night at 11. And yes, I should have done that to begin with, but this is how I roll.
Have you tried Ubiquity yet? I like it, even though I’m still trying to figure it out.
Oh yeah, two new incentives are up. Each one has a preview panel from Friday’s comic. They’ll be replaced with exclusive wallpapers when the new comic goes up. Cheers!
New comic is up. Cool.
Whenever I pull up Photoshop to begin work on my comic, I fire up iTunes and set the playlist to random, or I’ll pull up some various mixes I’ve made for myself. For example, I have one that’s Daft Punk, Ratatat and MGMT only. I have another one that’s Teenage Bottle Rocket and Lillingtons only. So, my question to you is this. What kind of music do you listen to while you work? Do you have specific playlists, or do you just set it on random and forget it? Do you even use iTunes? I know there are people out there who use Songbird, and I’d like their feedback.
Catch ya Wednesday!
